I used this mover on 5/27/23. They were 3.5 hours late. I should've knew then but I continued with the move. It was a terrible experience. They damaged the apartment I was moving out of, damaged my adjustable be frame, got oil of some sort …
For starters we weren’t 3and1/2 hours late . It was an afternoon job which has no guaranteed time. We start the 2nd job when we get done with the first job. She as all my customers are very well aware of this unless they’re not paying attention during scheduling.

If you read this review closely you can see it was a ploy to try to get paid. For starters we do not wrap the furniture before it gets to the truck as it will make the furniture very slippery and would cause the furniture to slide right off the 4 wheel dollies causing major damage.
We recently used All the Right Moves for our relocation and were extremely disappointed with the overall service. I would not recommend them to anyone. Despite reading positive reviews, our experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted the efficiency and cost of the move, adding stress to our move instead of alleviating it. The main issue we had was with their packing strategy, or lack thereof.

I started to cancel with them because I needed to change the date and the owner wasn't responsive. This was the worst experience I've ever had with movers. Initially, I thought they did a pretty decent job on but as we inspected the work, we realized they damaged almost every piece of furniture they touched. Foolishly, I didn't purchase the insurance policy that was recommended by the lead worker. They dropped a treadmill, then failed to tell us they put a hole in the subfloor.
I wasn’t responsive because you were texting our office landline. If I hadn’t called you the day before to confirm I would have never known. Usually I call people when I need to get ahold of them. Simple solution!

You were refunded $110 dollars. You were charged for 4 and 1/4 hours which came out to $510. You don’t stay in business 22 years by being dishonest and I would have never given you a refund because I felt it was a misunderstanding. Our price is $120 hr for 2 men.

Where to begin Ann. For starters the guys didn’t say you had the biggest 1,062 square foot two bedroom they had ever seen. What they said was “ you had the most stuff they had ever seen for that size of a unit”!! They called in for a 3rd guy because you had so much stuff.

All the Right Moves is a fantastic moving company. They have moved us twice and I can highly recommend their services. They care about getting things where you want them. Nothing was damaged and they were super polite and helpful! Ours was a big move (almost 10 hours). The guys worked hard! I couldn’t ask for a better moving company.
