After having a storage unit there for a few years their corporate headquarters located in California decided to raise my rent almost 80% for no reason other than that was what the going rate is now for justification. They have lost my business and any form of positive reviews. The Dahn Corporation is responsible for this.
Harassment. My only other qualm is that the service desk patrons (Not the female who signed me up.) were rude and not hospitable at all.
JASON YOUR A SPECIAL KIND of something Was all good till I got behind on my bill then I was treated like a POS. After back and forth commu I cation with Jason the manager we came to an agreement to keep m u stuff from getting auctioned. Called the next day to make payment and set up day to get my stuff and Jason says offer is off the table unless I had my unit cleared out that day.

tl;dr --- I reached out for a service, they charged me without doing anything, and now I'll have to go up against them in court. I wanted a solution and Mini U Storage brought me a big, expensive and time-consuming problem. ***** I BELIEVE THESE WERE UNETHICAL ACTIONS BY Mini U Storage. Charging me without providing access. No contract was signed. They sent me a bill anyway. This will have to go to court and I received no services from this company. RUN AWAY from this place and it's people.
$120 increase on our 10x10??!! Give me a break. Zero stars- anything that was good before this was just completely canceled out:( Update 12/5/2021: STILL 0 STARS-- Now they have no carts for tenants to use, we had to carry our several heavy totes and boxes by hand up the elevator to 2nd floor and down the long corridors. Seems the last 3 recent, (yet blank) reviews above this are a desperate attempt to counter act the many poor ones recieved as a result of corporate's considerate decisions.

Well I see this place is just like every other storage facility and doing the 90 day rate hikes. Greed is rampant in Parker..... 260 isn't enough for a 10x15 they need 285.....

Fast, friendly service person. Unit is as described clean and ready for use. Prices is reasonable. Most all friendly, fast and great service.
I've been a customer at the Mini U Storage in Parker for many years and rented multiple units of various sizes and features, and this location is by far the best experience I've ever had with any storage provider. The facility provides excellent accommodations, both outdoor and climate-controlled, at competitive prices relative to the rest of Parker. The staff are always extremely friendly and go out of their way to help provide the best leasing experience possible.

I’ve rented at many storage facilities and so far this one has been a great experience. Jason, the manager, was super knowledgeable and I can tell he takes pride in his job and the facility. He was really friendly and made the experience a breeze! Thank you Jason!
I’ve had a unit here for about three years. Everyone here especially Jason has always been so great. If I ever have questions or need help, they’re friendly and happy to help. I’d recommend to my friend if they need a place to store items 10/10
