I have a scheduled moving today between the hours of 7:30am & 8:30am September 6, 2025. It is now 10:36am and no one has arrived. I’ve called the office multiple times and have spoken to Meg & Lucy 4x and both are telling me they don’t have any ETA for the drivers and they have to contact their manager to get an update. I’ve called back and they still don’t have a resolution. I even tried calling the person that scheduled my appointment which is Ross and I keep getting a voicemail.
Movers were fantastic, but I’ve emailed the company multiple times about some inflated travel and fuel surcharges but it has been ignored. They charged a $155 travel charge and $50 fuel charge. And I live 5 minutes away from their company and 2 minutes away from my previous apartment. Thought those fees were very inflated and unfair, but 2 of my emails have not been replied to for several weeks now. The movers were great, but do wish the administration side would’ve handled this right away.

I recently used Allen & Son Moving & Storage for my relocation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team displayed professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for my belongings. Keep in mind I was scheduled with another company first and they cancelled on me just two days before my move date. I had to trust another company and start all over again after that experience. Well let me tell you…. Allen & Son pulled through big time!
I recently had the pleasure of using Allen & Son Moving Company Miami for my move from a two-bedroom condo to a two-story single home in Broward County, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! On one of the hottest days, with temperatures soaring over 90 degrees, Pedro, Eddie, and Roman showed up ready to tackle the task. Their professionalism was evident from the start.
Absolutely the best movers we have ever worked with by FAR. The price, the service and care were all unparalled, especially in a place like Miami. They sent 3 movers, Pedro, Franklin and Rommel, who each worked hard and vigorously, but with great care for our belongings. Their call center up in Baltimore is also not only the best moving company management's we've worked with, but the best customer service experience we have ever had.
I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Allen and Son Moving Company for my relocation, and I must say that every aspect of their service was truly exceptional.
