12k move from Anchorage to San Antonio. And for what? Thousands of dollars worth of broken items, tampered with crates, and over a thousand dollars of "missing" electronics to which they claim dont exist. Things were thrown loosely into boxes with no care whatsoever. One of the workers had his 12 year old son there packing up the computer electronics that they say is "missing" or "non existing" but in reality, stolen. Last time I checked 12 year olds aren't employable by most companies.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They overpromised and underdelivered. We paid for a FULL move package from Alaska to Oklahoma. During the offload, we learned that the Anchorage-based pack team didn't produce a complete inventory of boxes they packed - more than two dozen boxes weren't listed on the inventory. The company delivering our shipment in Oklahoma apologized so many times for the lack of padding material in boxes.

I'd give them a zero if I could. Start to finish, this was a shoddy, poorly communicated, exorbitantly expensive mess. We got different information from different people we called while setting up the move, which was further contradicted on the day of the move. We made sure to tell them ahead of time that our elevator was out - and we had to pay a premium price because of it. Still, the day of the move, their team cut corners to avoid the necessary trips - because they wanted to go watch a football game.

Extremely disappointed with our experience working with this company. We made a move from Alaska to the Pacific Northwest and experienced unprofessionalism and lack of care the entire time. Our valuables were not packed the way you would hope a moving company would pack your items. They wrapped an 65’ TV and computer monitor with a piece of packing paper. Due to the lack of care and preparedness, many arrive damaged or broken.

They helped my neighbors down the hall and so I tried to get quotes from them via the website and I left voicemails and filled out the information on the website to get help moving some boxes of mine to the UPS Store to ship and they never responded to any of my calls or to my quote inquiries. I'm on the top floor of my building with a broken elevator and I don't have anyone else to help me move these things. They could have at least responded to say that they didn't offer that kind of service.

Worst company! They took their time because they bragged about being paid hourly. They dropped several boxes while loading. They didn’t mark our stuff down right that we needed for the military move. Unorganized and they kept taking breaks …

Criminal. When you’re off 30 % with an estimate and then ghost your customers and then charge even more and tell them “just pay” this arbitrary amount with no proof or accounting of line haul rates…I could go on. Avoid at ALL costs. …

I was almost killed by two Allied truck drivers. If these people don't care about safe driving, I highly doubt they care about your valuables. Maybe think about training your drivers to stop at red lights.
