The prices are better than Uhaul and other near by competitors. Most of the time you do have to wait to be attended, even if there are multiple employees there. If there is a customer loading/unloading things from their unit they will make you wait until they are completely done before you can go up to yours. It doesn't matter how long they are taking. This is very disappointing, as many times I've only had to get something quickly out of my unit. And the new workers are mostly rude with you.

The customer service is really great. They don’t come off with a bad attitude or cold I don’t know everyone’s name, but I have been help by Terry and she’s a sweetheart, but everyone else who have helped me I can say the same as well. They have great prices and your things are protected, I do recommend this place
Aaron did a great job. He was so helpful and even took the time out to switch me and a family member spot because it was bigger than the last spot they had available. He also put down for the next open spot that come up for my other car.He made me feel safe with leaving my vehicle here.
