Still waiting to speak with the Insurance Agent (whose name I don’t know) nor do I have his contact information. Sill waiting on a Phone Number? My property was Damaged! Pro Self Storage has only requested that I Pay my Bill, And no mentioning of my Personal Property.
Don, sorry to hear about your situation, however we have worked with and given you all the necessary information that you need.
I went to look at the unit before renting to make sure that it met my needs. I came with my girlfriend and upon being let in we were immediately told that our chihuahua was not allowed on the premises despite there being no signs or nothing on the website that say as much giving us a not so nice vibe. I went up to look at unit and the guy who said he was the property manager started pushing about signing a contract and paying for insurance for the unit. It felt pushy and rushed.
Hi Robert, I am sorry that you felt this way, however this is not the location that you came by. This is the Hammond location. Again, I am sorry for any issues you might have encountered.
Teri was amazing with her customer service, everything was explained accurately. Would recommend Pro Self Storage to family & friends. I moved in my unit everything was great been there for a year went to clean out my unit because I’m paying $189 for a half storage seeing that I moved some things out already when I moved out of state, So I take off get a Uhaul come to the storage only to find out the elevator was down and no email was sent out, thought I would be compensated for the inconvenience NO ONE ever…

The office people are nice and all but, as a heads up since nobody else is saying this....you cant use a normal lock and basically have to buy theirs (20$)....and after a couple months they more than quadrupled my rate, which is quite frankly ridiculous and shady. im not in the area so I cant move out/cancel it before the next month but I am 100% canceling after that.

Recently rented from Pro Self Storage and had a great experience. Was having a little trouble online finalizing my rental so went in and the Manager, Teri, was more than willing to help with everything that was needed. After, she gave me a walk through of the facility and where my storage unit was located and how to access it. Overall, very pleased with the facility and helpfullness of the staff.

I cannot share enough positive things about this place! The facility has recently gotten and upgrade in both the units and security which I really appreciate. They have the best prices around and amazing hours. Teri helped me pick my unit and find what was best for me. She is always kind, friendly and willing to help answer any questions or show you anything you need to know. Love this place!
