they won’t care if your unit gets broken into and stuff gets stolen. instead of having decent customer service and trying to solve the issue, the owner will be aggressive towards you and give you a 30 days eviction notice, and in the meantime will put their own locks on your units. would NOT recommend
This company delivered one of the worst service experiences I have ever seen. The team was careless unprofessional and completely unreliable. Every promise they made turned out to be dishonest or inaccurate. The entire process felt chaotic and stressful with zero accountability from anyone involved. I would not trust this company again under any circumstance and I strongly urge others to be cautious and demand honest treatment.
Zero stars. Our close date was moved twice and the company was not willing to work with us on moving the date a second time so I lost my $250 deposit. Not flexible on scheduling. I would not recommend for people who are moving from one house to another house.
I will give them a negative 1000. Very disappointed, I was moving from a two bedroom to an one and I been living for close to a decade so I some stuff. I came there twice to get an estimate and spoke to 2 different workers in the office …

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad customer service is an understatement. The employees and owner have no regard for their customers. Instead of being apologetic, they become defensive and combative.
Called them today and got a moving quote from Indiana to Florida for a one bedroom move for $13,000 !!!??? Just say you don't do long distance moving jobs!

They arrived on time, were professional from start to finish, and carefully assessed the move before determining that a second truck was needed. Their team worked quickly and efficiently while taking great care of our belongings. They also left everything neat and organized when the job was done. I cannot recommend Bills Movers company enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless.. The company made everything so easy, and every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and accommodating. On moving day Pete, Tony, Brayden and Christian went above and beyond. They were kind enough to put my bed and boxspring in a plastic bag to protect them from getting dirty in the travels. That kind of care and willingness to help says everything about their character and work ethic.

Yesterday, Bill's Movers provided EXCELLENT service for my move...from 60 miles away to my new local home! The team: John, Dan, David, Kevin & Ulices were the BEST I have ever experienced in prior moves. They were so very courteous and offered very useful advice on different parts of the move. In addition, they were fast in all tasks during the move. Four locations were involved. We finished far earlier than expected. Thank you Bill's Movers & John, Dan, David, Kevin, Ulices!!!
