I used this company twice to move- the first time (May 2018) they were great. The second time, they were late to start and late to our new house by 30 minutes, they left scratches into the drywall (not surface scratches) and doors. They forgot things at our old house that James had to come pick up. They were careless with our furniture and clearly did not use a big enough trailer for the level of things we had, which led to over packing and damage of our things.
So far this has not been a good experience. We ordered a hospital bed and it would not fit into the apartment so we asked them to store it. I have called them a half a dozen times and they have not returned my call. We are expecting them to move us the first part of April. I am not sure why they refuse to call us and give us some peace about moving
We moved from Iowa to NC. The movers were nice and worked hard but we had several damaged pieces and received a check for $500 to cover a damaged sofa, leather office chair, side table, sofa table, and washer & dryer. Now can you repair …

The team from Always Moving Forward was amazing to work with!!! I can't recommend them enough! After looking into several out-of-state moving solutions/companies, I ended up going with Always Moving Forward as they offered the full move services of loading/transport/unloading at a great price that beat the competition. The movers arrived on time, worked quickly and very efficiently and were just really nice people.

Working with this company was one of the best moving experiences I have ever had! From my first phone call to my last the Customer Service is exceptional. On my Move Day even though there was bad weather - they went out of their way to keep their promise to get me moved that day! Darrell and Avery were the two movers that helped me. They were both courteous, efficient, patient & professional. No question was too small. All of my furniture and boxes were delivered to my new address with out any damage.

I am extremely happy that this company was referred to me. They came a day sooner because of a snowstorm coming in! Which was fantastic! The 2 men, Avery and Draiven, were just the best!
