We have moved, for better or worse a ton, and the man who came out was professional and thorough and gave a reasonable estimate. However, the movers were a whole bunch of teenagers basically unsupervised. They left a fair amount of our stuff in the yard (our realtor came and got it and held it and we had to drive back to get it from her). They lost a LOT! With every move, honestly, you expect a few things to go missing. They gave us some extra stuff we had to return (assuming someone else's stuff).

If I could give zero stars here I would. Our experience with this moving company was a nightmare. The movers showed up and were in such a hurry that they finished moving our five bedroom home in less than an hour. Red flag #1. After they left, my husband started going through the truck and saw that they had just placed things in the truck haphazardly and didn’t stack from the bottom to the top so that there would be more room for other items.
Bullies… Combative… Angry… Disrespectful… Sloppy… Rushed… Careless… and most importantly incompetent. The reason this review is going to be so good, is because we have used White Glove Movers since 2018; to go from Maquoketa to Cedar Rapids and from Cedar Rapids to Ottumwa. Very professional and took extra care in my home but one of our beds was damaged. White glove movers reached out to me about the bed and offered to cover the costs of repairs to the bed. The repairs they offered for my bed was wood glue and screws. We also found one of our t.v's isnt working. A 65" Sharp Aquos that worked fine before the move and never had any issues to not turning on. It was placed on its back not upright in the new home.
Terrible people my mother paid 1300 for moving services just for the workers to steal our belongings. Yes this did happen a while back but we to this day are still finding more and more stuff missing from our boxes they helped move and it's ridiculous hold your staff to a better standard

Movers were very efficient and professional when moving all my possessions out of my home. They were careful in handling fragile items. The team who moved me I. To my new home were also hard working, although not as efficient as the first team. Overall a good moving experience with White Glove movers.
Top notch service! The company sent someone to my home to view the contents for an accurate estimate. On the day of the move a 3 man crew was on time, super efficient and very helpful. Loading, driving, and unloading happened in less time than was anticipated, so my total payment was even lower than the estimate. I highly recommend White Glove Movers as the experience could not have been better!
White Glove Movers did an outstanding job with my move. Because it was an out-of-town move, I worked with two different teams—one for packing and one for moving me into my new home. Both teams were professional, efficient, courteous, and easy to work with. They took great care of my belongings, listened to my requests, and were very accommodating throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel much easier and more organized.
I have used White Gloved Movers 3 times now and each time I am very pleased with the service. They are EXTREMELY fast! They are also very nice people, they protect my stuff well and I have never had any issues with damanges and they even pack items I didn't think they would take with them. I had a hard time keeping up with them for my most recent move. They often will over quote you but they usually move much faster then the quote. I will use them everytime I have to move my office.
