I used this company two years ago for unloading and had a great experience, so I decided to use them again — this time for loading. Unfortunately, it was 100% awful. I booked the required minimum of 2 movers for 2 hours, but only 1 mover showed up. I called immediately and was told they were "trying their best" to find someone else. No one else ever came. I ended up helping the one mover — not ideal, but necessary.

The "leader" got lost and was a half hour late getting here while his helper who was on time waited for him. He was grumpy when he did arrive and was NOT pleasant to be around. He announced on arrival that they were on a tight time schedule. He did as little work as possible while the helper did 80 percent of the work and was very pleasant. They finished a half hour early but he charged for the full 2 hours even though he was only here for an hour. If I were his helper I would be looking for a different job..

Terrible experience. Didn't fit everything on the truck after they said they would. Left us with so many things not on the truck!! Two guys had to do it alone and we were forced to help them. No satisfaction from the company after calling them!
