On December 28th, I hired Always Safe and Professional Moving for my relocation. During the move, their team severely damaged my $4300 Lexington dresser by attempting to move the 400lb furniture piece with only straps instead of a proper dolly. This careless handling technique resulted in significant damage to an expensive piece of furniture, by them dropping it. At the time of the incident, the company promised to replace the dresser in January.

Will & Thomas did ok getting us moved, on the phone at times, didn’t realize I was paying for movers on the phone?? However, there was a really huge problem. They tilted the refrigerator all the way on its side coming upstairs, and Will said to let it sit upright for 2-3 days before plugging it in, to allow refrigerant/oil to settle, I waited 3 days, plugged it in and waited another day to check on it and the refrigerator still doesn’t get cold.

Will and Thomas were very professional . They let me know when they were on their way . They wore shoe covers while inside the home and wrapped all my furniture nice and secure . They were very quick and efficient , finishing quickly even with a disassemble and reassemble of a king size bed . Very personable and friendly , felt like working with old friends . Highly recommend .

I recently hired ASAP for a move after being ghosted on the day of my move by another company, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I was a bit panicked given the situation, but Taylor was so sweet and reassured me they’d be able to help. I called close to 7pm, and they were able to fit my move in the never next afternoon! Michael and Mario helped me move my 2 bedroom apartment into my new home. They were like the title suggests: safe and professional and QUICK! Very efficient. My new home came with a tub that I couldn’t drain for a whole week! I tried liquid plumr and draino and a few different snakes and nothing. While I was unloading my car, Michael magically drained it on his own! In just a few mins. Idk how he did it!! I came back inside to the stagnant water finally gone.
