I was beyond disappointed. The owner was in regular contact with me prior to my move date to confirm details - so he's very capable of being responsive. The service from my move date and beyond was awful. One of the two movers complained about the amount of things I had multiple times, they placed my shelving unit top down and scratched the entire surface dragging it across the truck and then broke a shelf out without telling me, they broke a large tv also without telling me, and the driver made large scrapes…
U sure u hired us? Can you contact us via our office so we can resolve your concerns because we haven't had any complaints from our Dubuque locations
The guys who moved my daughter were great. The boss & company not so much. Very disrespectful, very dishonest. Overcharged us. Needs to learn math. It doesn’t add up. We had an email stating what we owed, then added more. We wrote a check …
Cynthia yr daughter and her brother in-law are dishonest and I got the cop there to make sure we got paid. They signed the worksheet that clearly stated the hourly rate, the truck fee and gas. The email clearly said $150 per hour for labor.
