Kenneth and his assistant Santiago were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived promptly, fully prepared, and immediately inspired confidence. It’s clear that Kenneth truly knows his craft—his depth of knowledge and passion for piano restoration really stood out. Knowing about his experience working at the Steinway factory made it even easier to trust that my instrument was in expert hands. My piano is incredibly valuable to me, and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home working on it.

We had the pleasure of having Kenny fine tune our beloved Schimmel W180 piano. I can't recommend Kenny enough, he was professional, courteous, communicative, respectful of our home and our piano and did a fenomenal job with the tuning, even giving us very good tips for the general maintenance of our piano. Kenny at American Musical Solutions did a truly outstanding job on my piano. It had been sitting for over 10 years in humid conditions and desperately needed a full comprehensive overhaul, including service on the installed QRS system. The transformation is remarkable. The piano now sounds brighter, fuller, and completely alive again. It honestly reminds me of how it sounded when I first purchased it new. We were dealing with sticking keys, damper reverb issues, and feedback with the QRS system.

We recently acquired an old piano from Facebook Marketplace that had clearly been neglected for years—complete with years of dust and old coffee spills. Kenneth came to our home and worked absolute magic. He spent an entire day meticulously restoring it, cleaning away years of grime, tuning it to perfection, and repairing keys we thought were broken for good. It doesn't even look like the same instrument! What sets Kenneth apart is that he is so much more than a technician; he is a master of a dying craft.
