The Store Manager, who refused to repeat her name so I could note it, is extremely rude and talks over the customer non-stop. She assesses outrageous fees as you're exiting the lease, fees that were misquoted and downright wrong. She lies abput the cobtent of previous conversations. She refuses to give out the owner Stephen's contact information, but will tell you to email her. It is doubtful that any email will be forwarded to the intended party.
My mom went to get her stuff for our Xmas party to find out her lock is not hers, they charger her 25 dollars to brake her lock to find out all our dolls collections and everything was stolen from here. She is getting arrassed and accused …
I have been a customer of this location for years and there prices have gone up… I came to get a smaller unit to move my things. I was unable to do the change because I am unable to move my stuff with in the time frame …then I tell the sales associate named Luis that to remove the auto draft from my account… The manger Sarah was say that if not paid when it due then I won’t be able to get into my storage until it’s …then I tell her I am awear because I have be a customer for long time.
If you have a boat or car stored here, don’t trust this place. Their main gate has now been unsecured and wide open for anyone and everyone to come in. The door to the building hasn’t worked in weeks. Went this morning to get things for my work and couldn’t because their elevator wasn’t working and the alarm was blasting. They’ll get you on the hook with an offer then raise their prices when they see fit. Roach infested too. Stay away. Went again today October 1st. Elevator not working.
Horrible experience ! they don't value the customer and they dont care! specially the manager she is a pain in the @ ,,, they are very strict with contract and terms - mice and rats we were customer for 2 years not late payment not even once and they are always watching you always on top of you we end up moving to another facility that can treat us better !
This place is horrible if you don’t check on your stuff even if you still paying monthly they will sell everything inside and not even call you to say your storage was cleaned out ! And when you confront them what they said was “yeah you can call the cops they all do and they never win” disgusting
This place is corrupted they see if you haven’t visit your storage for a long time and they sell the storage to people so they can resell your stuff. All my stuff were stolen from this place they knew about it and where still charging me …
It's awful how expensive all the services are, the customer service is terrible, there are long waits and too many inconveniences.
