I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The movers arrived late, communication was poor, and the final price ended up being much higher than what I was originally quoted. Several of my items were handled carelessly, and some arrived damaged. Customer service was not helpful when I tried to address my concerns, and the entire process caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers. Please be careful before booking with them.

⭐️ 0 Stars – Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Conduct I reached out to this company solely to request a quote.To my surprise, the owner showed up at my home with several individuals while I was away. Upon reviewing my security camera footage, I discovered that they took a dolly from my front yard without my permission. This type of behavior is both unethical and alarming. I am grateful that I decided not to move forward with this company. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
Our family spent an entire week moving boxes in order to leave only the big furniture. Once the movers arrived 2 hours late by the way, it took them way too long to get everything in the truck and to the new home . Furthermore called the manager because they hadn’t arrived and did not pick up. I understand that it takes time but this was ridiculous.
Stay as far away from this moving company as possible, they are unprofessional, and don't show up for reservations, then feed the client a bunch of excuses as to why they didn't show up. Lost a day of work and Robert the son weren't even considerate of my time as a client.

If you want the worse nightmare of your life contract this company. NOT responsible, NOT professional. They don’t show up even if you pay the deposit fee. And after all the stress this company put me and my family through Robert doesnt want to refund my deposit.

We have return clients boards upon notice. They were underneath our moving blankets that were folded in order to take care of them and not have them broken. We are human and did not see them. Due to the transport reasons as we pick up our trucks on a daily and organize it and noticed them.

Robert & Son's Moving was amazing! They handled my move from Florida to Tennessee without any issues. Robert & Jay went above & beyond! They packed up my place in Florida & delivered everything to Tennessee with "kid gloves." They kept me totally informed throughout the move & they were very professional.
