They don't accept money via Zell, and if you want to pay with a debit card, they charge an additional 3%. I find this abusive, since other Servicrga branches in Miami accept Zell when you're present, or you can pay with a debit card without any problem and without any additional fees like they charge at the Homestead branch.

I’ve been a regular customer at Servi Carga, routinely using their services to send money to Colombia. However, during my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff member at the counter, Jennifer R. She responded to my questions with noticeable attitude and came across as arrogant and dismissive. As a loyal customer who values respectful and courteous service, I found this experience unacceptable.
I liked the service. I have confidence in what they send and the punctuality when it arrives, the responsibility they have when you leave the product with them, thank you very much for existing.
