Unprofessional, unreliable, and rude. Additional information following the owner's incorrect response: The first time I worked with this company was in December 2023. At the time, I lived in Cape Coral and was moving to Miami. I needed packing and transportation services. On moving day, two women came to my house in the morning to pack my belongings into boxes. Then, two men loaded everything onto the truck. The men didn't wrap my mattress in plastic, and because of this, it got very dusty.

Honestly, I could not be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the movers were incredibly professional, efficient, careful, and kind. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire process feel easy and organized. They handled all of my furniture and boxes with so much care, arrived on time, worked quickly, and had such a positive attitude the whole time.

I had an emergency this morning. I bought a front desk for my office that was shipped from Japan via Maersk. To my surprise, the delivery company only sent one person. The driver told me I could leave the 320-pound box outside the building or take it back to the warehouse because he couldn't carry it upstairs alone. I called Mitjans Moving and Delivery, and they responded immediately. In no time, they sent their team and helped me carry the furniture up to the second floor with the utmost care.
