Review on 1/24/20: This place is awesome and very clean! My new hero is Lori! She is such a sweetheart! I'll be back because of her! Argus, she needs a raise stat! --- 2/24/20 UPDATE: Wow... I honestly can't believe the customer service I just experienced from the manager Roxanna. The customizer service today was the complete opposite from the month prior with Lori and the the most ironic part of it all is that I was just trying to extend my storage for another week or two.

I put a deposit down on a spot here, then cancelled after giving up 30$. This was in early March/24. Was promised it would be returned right away. Almost six months and many calls later, still waiting for my cheque. Don’t do business with this place! Plus the gate was broken and the office smelled like pot. New managers every week. There’s a lot better places than here!! Update. Got a call from somebody and they were going to get right back to me. Well a month or so later, I’m still waiting……

Every time I have visitations with my stuff , they never complain about the food , bedding arrangements, towels , amenities! I suppose they like it there , they’ve never cried when I came to pick them up! Not even acting out of fear . One day on a certain holiday visitation stated , such and such hour would be available for visitation, nope ! To my surprise everything was on lockdown. there were no guards ! No one to ask questions . What had happened, did the stuff take over like in orange is the new black riots.

When there was an actual human working there it was decent. Refusal to accept cash payment in office, and credit payment over the phone only to tack on a late fee because they refuse to take payment to start with. Gate has been jacked up for nearly a year allowing anyone to go to the secure area for trailer storage. Absolute trash since new management came in.

Great place for storage. It's a good price with a bunch of options and it's air-conditioned which helped when moving boxes in and out and kept it safe from the Yuma heat while it was there. The staff are great, but Diane stands out when I'm there, she was great with the process for getting a storage locker and makes good conversation, to the point you might forget you still have to moving stuff. Would recommend for anyone looking for storage in Yuma.

American Self Storage is the best, the cleanest, and has the best facility in Yuma. Diane is a sweetheart she is positive and does her job well. She accomadates my needs and is very understanding. I was dreading looking for a storage unit, but Diane changed everything. She’s warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She took time to understand what I needed, explained pricing with no pressure, and walked me through security features. You can tell she really knows her stuff.
