They gave us a quote, ended up being twice as much. Most of my crystal was broken, casserole dishes, damaged the new door that we had just had stalled. Tha owner was not at all sympathetic that his employee gave us such an incorrect estimate. They did not have to move any appliances, nothing from the yard. Beware.
Worst company, i have a bad experience using them, they don't respect their commitments, the day of my move they took more Time than i was quoted, also that's what i Heard happened with my Friends who used them, they Care only about closing …

Absolutely worst moving experience I’ve ever had. THOUSANDS of dollars of items stolen during a move. I’ve contracted several moving companies through-out the years and this was the only “company” with the gaul to take so many things boxed …
Sir or mam. I AM PERSONALLY INVOLVED In every move and personally shake the hands of every customer. There has not been any such grievance or report reflecting this claim. There has been no police report. If there is a genuine concern please call and we can discuss the matter .
Move Date: April 28, 2025 1) Actual Bill was 2X the quote! Unfortunately I fell victim to the "bait and switch" estimate that was provided. My entire house was personally inspected and reviewed by the moving company prior to receiving a quote. Once delivered, I felt that I was kinda held hostage by the actual movers wanting paid "for all of the extra" before they would leave. I even "tipped" the workers because of the duration of the move. I just wanted this over with.
Patrick, I called this morning in attempts to amend whatever I can In this. A year ago I was not as present while dealing with a serious family matter. Upon my return I found that our company was not headed where my heart and intentions are for our service and customer experience.
We used Watch Us Move to move us over the weekend. There were two main issues with the services provided. The biggest issue is they did not take all of our property. I talked to the owner about it at the end of the move and stated I would get a Uhaul for the remaining items and move them myself. He said not to because they would get the remaining furniture Sunday or possibly Monday and he would call me later that night (Saturday) to work out the details.
Brandon. I did call you Sunday late afternoon with no answer. I offered to provide an additional service at no charge to get the last remaining items that did not fit into the truck. We had full intention in coming through on that promise. Ill call tomorrow in hopes to make things better
Mover said the second payment would be less than the first, then when the second charge came in it was actually more expensive not more cheap.

Highly recommend Watch Us Move! They were timely, efficient, and polite. The prices were fair and I couldn’t have moved without their help! They wrapped all the furniture to avoid scratches and were done in the timeframe I paid for. Use them for your next move!!
Hire them! Went out of their way to fit us in when the schedule was tight. Plans changed and we had to reschedule and they were extremely flexible and understanding. Crew was on time, professional, efficient. Absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.
Chris was very compassionate and professional. He really took the time to talk me through the process and could see how overwhelmed I was calling at last minute literally only having one day to get job done and I called 3 days before to book ahead of time and he assured me everything would go smoothly. I am so thankful that I reached out him.
The three workmen from Watch Us Move did an outstanding job! They worked fast and were well organized – one covering and taping furniture, one bringing furniture and boxes outside, and one stacking items inside the U-Haul U boxes. They found an item to fit in every nook and cranny and got all my household goods into two U boxes instead of the three I was expecting. They saved me some $. 😀
