I’ve had storage here for over a year. I’m on auto pay and have never had an issue before. I would have given Border Storage five stars but a few months ago, my rates went up for no reason but that’s fine no big deal an extra $25 or so. The issue was my auto pay. The manager Aidé was very rude. I told her five separate times there’s no need to be rude. She continued her rant like a broken record forcing me to leave this negative review. I’m disappointed. Needs to be better.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, so I was a bit nervous but from the beginning till the end they provided me with great customer service. The staff is super sweet and friendly, which made the process real easy. The pricing is budget-friendly the place is very well maintained, and in a great area.
