In their own words
Let me just start by saying this place is a scam. We had to pay $100 an hr for the initial service plus a $50 dollar fee. We eneded up paying $495.00 just to become a client, just to pay $65.00 every 2 weeks. We started in Oct of last year and only had 3 services done ( 1 of thoses services happened in 2023)due to being low on money sometimes and unable to religiously save or have $65 for yard service.

Outstanding job by a very hard working team. Highly recommend the workers but do NOT recommend the business or owner. Update: The job was done well by the workers. However, the business practices by the owner do NOT favor the customer NOR the workers. Joshua Longo lied to me, in writing, about who was going to take care of my lawn while I was out of town and he lied about their experience with my lawn.

Good price but the service lacks detail and effort. We had to finish picking up the yard and put it in the trash ourselves after paying for yard cleanup. A little more attention would be good.
Hi Wrangler Jeeping, We are sad to see a 2 star review. Our records don’t indicate that we ever provided services for you Wrangler Jeeping. Please give us a call [phone removed] so we can discuss the matter.
Charging a flat fee of $50 to new customers is ridiculous. They should be incentivizing new customers, not charging them extra right off the bat. Seems avaricious.
Hi, we have no record of serving you Spaniard Price. Explaining our fee structure, every customer we service is aware of our service fee and rates prior to any work beginning. We notify verbal and writing during the estimating process.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Longo's came and cleaned my solar panels. They were on time and did a fantastic job. Very professional people all the way around from calling to schedule to the job itself. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Always responsive. Comes as scheduled. Does a fantastic job and makes my panels look like new. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with our service and that your panels look like new.
Worked very hard to get the tiles clean. Some of the tiles looked much, much better, however some of the other tiles were in really bad shape and hard as they worked, the tiles just wouldn't give up the uck. I will certainly use them again for another go at them when it's not so darn hot!! All in all, great job!
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Our team definitely gave it their all on those tough tiles! We appreciate your understanding with the stubborn spots. Thank you for recognizing their effort, and we’ll be ready to tackle those tiles again whenever you're ready!
Outstanding service from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job and clearly takes pride in their work. What impressed me most, though, was their kindness and integrity. They found a tiny kitten on my property, gently placed her in a …
Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful story! Our crew takes immense pride in their work, but hearing about their kindness toward the little kitten makes us even prouder to have them on our team.
