We used West Side Storage to store extra items from when I moved in with my fiancé for about 6 months. The move in process was easy and self guided. The facilities were clean. We were never worried about security there. Automatic payments were easy to set up and worked great for us. Moving out was also easy to facilitate, and staff promptly contacted us to check the unit and refund our deposit. We will definitely use Ames West Side Storage if we ever need to store anything again!
