The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 80.0% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 10.0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 10.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Do not recommend this storage facility at all!! We rented two storage buildings for several months because we were moving out of state. I trusted that my stuff would be protected. Well it was not. I am not quite sure what occurred but I just had to throw away all my Christmas decorations. Every thing was soaked. It was apparent someone had went through the stuff because there was dirt on things. I am very particular about my things so items were wrapped and protected. All my snow globes were broken.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 7 four and five star reviews we have read for Andy's Storage & Rentals. A review can mention more than one thing.

I will definitely be recommending this place! Nice people, easy to work with. All sizes and styles of storage units available at a great price.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
