I have used these movers several times. I -was- very happy. However, I needed there help recently and it was beyond difficult to get them to my house to do another small in house move, as we are remodeling and need furniture moved from room to room now and then, for my general contractor and his subs. They promised a day and time, then when I contacted to confirm—they backed out saying they would be out of state that day (which was weird). They then made another time and day.
Thank you for your feedback — we genuinely appreciate you working with us in the past and are glad those experiences were positive. However, we do need to clarify a few important points to ensure accuracy. For one we don’t move furniture… We are piano gun safe and hot tub movers.
Brandon has been in this business for a long time, and he has a great reputation. He moved my piano 7 years ago and did a great job. But this time, he let me down badly. I had a confirmed appointment to move my piano again. The day before, he canceled due to a lack of staff. Apparently, one of his employees called in sick. He apologized, but because he was so swamped, his communication was poor, and we were not able to reschedule for another 11 days.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. First and foremost, I’d like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and added stress this caused during an already difficult move. I completely understand your frustration.
Dealing with Brandon and Anytime Anywhere Piano Moving Co. was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered with a service business. I normally dont bother with reviews, but unfortunately this experience warrants a warning to other people who are considering calling this company. First off you'll never get a person on the phone. They wont take or return calls, so dont even bother trying. He told me he prefers to text. But he doesn't really respond to those either.

Oh my gosh - this company is amazing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Recommended to me by my piano tuner. I didn't give them a lot of notice (as I was surprised when a contractor doing work at my house moved the work up in time), but needed my 6-ft grand piano carefully moved to another room in my house temporarily. They made a huge effort to get it moved quickly, safely, and even set it up for me in the alternate location. All this for a very reasonable price.
The two gentlemen that showers up were right on time as proposed and made my safe move quick and easy. The care they took wrapping my safe in insulating blankets and plastic wrap to prevent scratches was great. It was like they were …
Used AAPMC to move a rather large upright piano from one residence to another. Two guys showed up well within their arrival time range, and gave me a convenient text when they were en route. Both movers were friendly, cheerful and confident, and they made every step of the pickup and delivery look easy. They were attentive to treating the piano properly and not like it was just a piece of furniture.
Today we had one of the most difficult hot tub moves to date in the Tahoe area. Our guys at Anytime Anywhere Piano Moving Co. made it look easy. They said they love a good challenge and today they proved it. Brandon, Paul and the crew were all very professional and respectful of our clients property. They took extra precautions with padding, blankets and runners to protect the deck and house from any potential damage. They removed all of the protective wrapping from the spa and discarded it for us.
