In their own words
The folks at Sierra Mobile Storage were absolutely amazing to work with, and I will be recommending them to anyone moving or in need of temporary storage! We had several unexpected delays and changes to our moving plans, and each time I called them to revise the plan they were so kind and eager to help us out. They were always super professional and communicated clearly on timing, location, etc. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially for the level of service they provide.
AWWW!!! Feeling the love! Moving is stressful and we work hard to help alleviate some of that stress. WOW, did you have a lot of interesting circumsatnces. Thanks for choosing SMS and for the glowing review!
I highly recommend this company! Spoke to one of the owners, & she got me a moving pod quickly! She was so nice, professional, & sooo helpful! The driver who brought it was amazing as well! They have this remote control robot technology, that was amazing to move the pod! They got their biggest one in a space, I didn’t think would fit! The owner came to my place to check before they brought the pod, to make sure it would fit! All around 10 stars out of 5!🥳🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
AWWW!! Thanks, Kila! Love this review! 10 stars!!! We are very proud of our delivery system (robot) and our team! Customer service and placement are our super powers! Thanks for noticing!
Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we booked, the entire process was easy, smooth, and stress-free. The storage container arrived right on time, was super clean, and exactly what we needed. The customer service was outstanding — Luke and Staci are absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with! Highly recommend this company to anyone needing mobile storage. We will definitely be using them again!
Thanks, Lavinia! Easy, smooth, prompt, stress-free, clean, customer service!! Holy cow! Thanks for pointing out our strengths! We appreciate you!
Sierra Mobile Storage came through on short notice with the pod we needed when another company flaked out on delivering a pod for our business remodel. Their communication is top notch as they keep you informed on everything that is happening. Luke, one of the owners, personally delivered our pod to our business and they even provide a superior padlock in the price that is yours to keep. Everything has been seamless! I would absolutely use them again!
Thanks for the review, Cheryl! Grateful for the opportunity to serve your temporary storage needs. Communication is key, and seamless transactions make it better for everyone. Congrats on the remodel!
