Made the unfortunate mistake of using this company for my move last year & lost 4 tubs of clothes which have Kate Spade & J. Crew dresses & swimwear (some of them still have tags on) Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors & Kate Spade bags & wallets, J. Crew jeans and sweaters. I even specifically asked the crew in the end if they unloaded everything especially my orange tubs (it have a lot of Kate Spade dresses) and they said, yes. I should’ve checked and not take their word for it.
We paid this company to move our things from a storage unit to our house. We used a 26 ft truck to move across country. They brought a 26ft truck. They said they couldn't load our tool box because their ramp wasn't long enough and they also couldn't fit the whole storage unit in the truck. When they got to our house the truck wasn't full. They claimed for safety reasons they couldn't load the rest into the truck. There was a huge stack of packing blankets taking up a 3ft by 3ft area.
Hi Heather, Safety is our #1 concern. Since there was not room in the truck to safely pack your loose belongings on the first trip, we offered to take a second trip to move the reminaing items. You refused the second trip.
Turned out to be slow and expensive. Estimate was that moving our 1.5 bedroom would be 2-4 hrs. Took them 6. Movers were nice but really slow. We didn't surprise them with anything unpacked or difficult. Would not use again.

Can't find enough great things to say about Alex C & Chris! The entire process was smooth, professional and enjoyable. They arrived on time, did a site walk and got to work instantly. You could tell they have worked together plenty by their ease of communication and how they approached it. They took great care when wrapping, moving, stacking and disassembling/reassembling my possessions. Personable, respectful and a great attitude towards the job.

Great experience with Wolf Pack Moving. Easy booking and great price for the amazing service I received. Caden C. and Greg were great to work with. They were extremely efficient, personal, and got all my belongings from my POD into my new residence with easy. I appreciated their communication to make sure furniture and boxes were set in the appropriate place. Looking forward to having Wolf Pack tackle our second POD in a couple weeks. Caden and Greg are the men for the job!

Highly suggest Wolf Pack Moving for any move job, they truly are as advertised and very punctual. Alex F and Chris were my movers for the day. They assisted me for around 5 hours and were absolute professionals the entire time. They took the time to wrap my expensive furniture pieces with cloth padding and plastic wrap to avoid damage during transportation which I greatly appreciated. Booking the move was extremely easy and efficient, pricing was listed very clearly and there were no hidden fees.

I was SO impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of Mason and Ben who were my movers from Wolf Pack Moving yesterday. The two young men were focused, responsive, good communicators, and genuinely friendly. Beyond that, they were careful and respectful of my items. They asked questions whenever they weren't sure of what I wanted. They accomplished the entire job in two hours and forty-five minutes and were completely on task the whole time.
