This company was subcontracted by another company to pack our items for a move to another state. The crew that arrived to pack my home originally consisted of three individuals (a supervisor and two packers). Apparently much of the crew was related and moved around with asking my spouse for permission to be in different parts of the house.
We take accusations of theft very seriously. According to the follow up notes left by the supervisor on the day of your move, there appears to be an explanation addressing each of your concerns. We are happy to walk through this with you over the phone or through email instead of via public forum.
Apple Moving is a bad company to move your expensive items.....Apple moved me and shattered a Marble Dining Rooms Table Base that supports my 1200 lb. Dining Room Table..On 3 separate occasions I asked for and was refused extra insurance (at an additional cost) to cover my Marble Dining Table Set...I then followed all steps necessary required by Texas State Law to re-coup my damages. Apple offered the small sum of $120.00. This natural Marble could not be repaired.
Apple Moving Packing There was a total of 4 people that came to help with packing up our house, they worked fast and we’re done in less than 4 hours packing a two story four bedroom home. Dishes and materials were thrown into the boxes with out being properly or individually wrapped to prevent damage. Boxes were left untapped. We were informed that any already packaged boxes would be opened and repackaged, that did not happen.

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. If you get anything out of this review it should be to get a new company to move your belongings!!! In the beginning I felt pretty decent about the move. The individuals were nice, however the lack of concern for my belongings was appalling. When unpacking my belongings I found multiple high dollar items were broken/destroyed and/or missing. Items such as my mechanical bedframe, safe, and others were completely broken and unusable now.

This is solely for their packers. Let me just say that some of the packers did a great job, but others that they've hired obviously could care less about other's belongings. We fed them lunch and breakfast in thanks for helping us with our military move while I'm 8 months pregnant, but I guess a few of them felt that they should be disrespectful to our belongings in our home.

This was our first time using a moving company, and definitely our last! I’d rather risk another herniated disk than deal with the amount incompetencies. To start, we had only 2 people show up to pack our 5 bedroom house. They were done within 4hrs and the quality speaks volumes! We were told they would not pack food, liquids, and combustible items. They packed it ALL, to include food items that were OPEN like flour, rice, bread and sugar. I love unpacking boxes with flour, oil and melted chocolate on EVERYTHING.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! So everything seemed fine at first as it usually does in these types of situations. I read the other reviews and they are SPOT ON with the same complaints. The movers are paid hourly which means they hold no accountability or integrity because they know the company has to deal with any backlash. I was specifically told this by the CONTRACTED workers who delivered our HHG, it makes complete sense if you think about it though.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Nancy and her crew completed a one day move in Texas from off base housing to on base housing. They transported every single item but somehow my entire shoe collection and my daughters shoes ended up misplaced lost or stolen. I contacted Nancy and she kept lying speaking in circles about what her crew and family Michael told her about our shoes. I went back to the old home just ensure they were not left behind because she insisted they completed the move. Nothing was left behind.

Apple Moving is an outstanding moving company from my initial contact to the packing and loading of the trucks. The moving crews were superb. They were courteous, professional, efficient, and were responsive to my questions, and requests. It was a two-day pack, and was supposed to be a two-day load up, but final wrapping and load up was completed on the third day and that was even not a full day with the trucks and crew that showed up.
*This review is in progress, as we are still in the process of moving. I will update as things are completed.* Pack day: Ricardo, Dixie and 2 others arrived on time. Everyone was friendly and professional. The full pack of our 2 story, 4 bedroom house took only about 5 hours (we were expecting multiple days). Everything was packed carefully with all dishes and fragile items being individually wrapped. So far so good! Will update on loading day. Load day: Load day went just as well as pack day.

My experience with apple movers was the best experience I’ve had with movers. There were no losses of damages to any of my property. Nancy and her team were extremely professional and easy to work with. The packing team was careful and meticulous when packing my items. They did a great job labeling which helped me during the unpacking process. The team that loaded and unloaded and actually moved my items was equally great. They were careful with the floors and walls of both houses.
The staff, and Nancy in particular, will be thrilled to hear about your feedback, Osiris. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a detailed recap of your experience. It was a pleasure working with you!
