I’ve used this company three times, and until now, my experience had always been positive. Unfortunately, this last move was unprofessional and extremely disappointing. The crew was significantly slower than previous teams and arrived unprepared. They didn’t bring a mattress bag nor offered one—a basic standard for professional movers. As a result, my mattress was delivered filthy, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, they broke a desk and scratched/chipped at least two other pieces of furniture.

About a month ago, two movers from this company handled my move, and I’m finally able to share my experience. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this was unacceptable. Despite moving less than 5 minutes away, multiple items were damaged. The worst was my 85-inch TV. It’s obvious one of the movers pressed too hard on the screen while carrying it out, and now it’s ruined.

I had a move. Few weeks ago. Not under my name but, I have to say. There was some white guy and was very rude. Spoke any type of way when I asked if he can move my cabinet I have. HE was mad as if he didnt want to do it. He had another employee. This employee was African American. He helped alot but the other man wasnt working and I didnt say anything but I will say that I will recommend this company because of hard work and that gentleman Cameron helped alot! The poor white guy was struggling.

I just did an online quote and to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment less than 2 miles away is apparently $1500. That's insane!!! I'm pretty sure any other moving city will do it for 1/3 that price. Not possibly worth it. No way

Had a great experience with my cross state move, Kris and Aiden took great care of everything and I would highly recommend them if you are moving long distance. They were very professional and wrapped all furniture pieces. Truck was packed neatly and got to my destination ahead of schedule. Kris kept me updated with their progress during the move as well. The managers Connor and Phil also reached out to make sure everything was going according to plan. I plan to use them for all my future moves.
