Movers called at the end of the arrival window to let me know they had to go back home & eat & would arrive about an hour to an hour & 1/2 late. My 96 year old mom sat in a chair at her assisted living facility, waiting for her bed to be delivered. I fired the movers & paid my kids to come help me get her moved. The owner or manager called later to apologize & try to regain my business going forward. I've used them before, so said I would consider it.
Vicky, We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding with scheduling for your move. We do our best to schedule arrival times/windows appropriately. There’s inherent and unpredictable aspects of moving operations that can make it difficult to accurately forecast the duration of jobs.
Easy scheduling and decent cost...but make sure to keep a watchful eye on the entire move. I had a very expensive item damaged and the owner refused to pay for repair “without further proof”...I’ve never had an item damaged in a move, so I didn’t realize I needed to have photo/video of them moving our items. We also had an antique chest damaged, that they’d wrapped up in plastic. When we removed the plastic wrap, a huge chunk of the foot/corner came off with it. We definitely will never use this company again.
We are sorry that we did not provide you with a satisfactory experience; however, the damage was pointed out to our workers before the move (apparently from the last time it was moved).
The guys were very nice, but that’s pretty much where the positives ended but for that, they earn one star. They broke multiple pieces of our furniture and damaged the walls in both the house we left and the one we moved to. We’ve moved a few times in the last few years and Bobcat was significantly more expensive and took significantly worse care of our belongings.

We had issues with Bobcat Movers not taking great care of our belongings. We only had them move furniture and a refrigerator. We moved to a new house in our same neighborhood, within a mile. They didn't bring an appliance dolly, despite the fridge being part of our pre-move inventory. I SPECIFICALLY told them to be careful with the refrigerator so as not to tear the flooring -- and then they tore up the flooring in our brand new home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bobcat Movers! Ethan and Scott S. were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help our Texas State Autism Summer Camp. At the end of camp, we had an enormous amount of supplies, equipment, and materials that needed to be packed up and moved into storage. They arrived with smiles on their faces, worked tirelessly, and treated every item with care and respect.

This was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my young adult life! Bobcat Movers were incredibly professional and added so much value to my move from start to finish. I moved out of a townhouse and into a third-floor apartment, which I expected to be stressful and exhausting, but their team made the entire process smooth and efficient.
