In their own words
This was unfortunately one of the worst military moves we've experienced. It was not a door to door move and therefore our items were stored in their warehouse for a short time. Apparently while at the warehouse, they fully disassembled every piece of furniture, including chairs, small tables, patio sets, bikes, benches, etc. Our bikes had the seats, pedals, and front wheels fully removed.
I recently was assigned this moving company They no showed our date, did not fully complete unpacking, and valuable items such as perfume and jewelry are missing
Hello drivers if you haul load this place please be aware I’m sitting here more than 10 hours to get unloading they disrespect you specially the lady at receiving office I don’t know who hire here unprofessional they don’t even deserve one start
I have been in the Army for going on 27 years and Apple Moving is without a doubt the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. It is patently obvious that they do not care about your belongings. I caught one packer attempting to steal jewelry. I reported it to apple moving and they did nothing. I also had to argue with the packers to properly pack multiple items. They refused to package some of my speakers the way I requested and unsurprisingly they were delivered destroyed.

There wasn't one piece of furniture that we received that wasn't damaged. Boxes were packed with no rhyme or reason. Baby items were crushed by garage items and tools, etc. Everything was random. The driver ran over my yard and rocks on my brand new construction that just closed. I will never coordinate an HHG through the military again. From now on, I will either do it myself or hire actual professionals to conduct my move for me.

If you’re a military family assigned Apple Moving or Executive Moving Systems VA through HomeSafe Alliance, I strongly recommend reconsidering. Our move included full packing, unpacking, and debris removal, as per the contract. While they had no issue boxing up our belongings, they completely failed to complete the unpacking and debris removal. Instead, they packed up their equipment and left, leaving us to deal with piles of boxes and packing materials.
Absolutely dreadful experience. Took two days to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment, and even packing we are missing SO many pieces and damage done to our property. Motorcycle was damaged, furniture was damaged; it seems as if zero care was taken to package our material. Military families who have been contracted out to Apple, BEWARE.

They were fast - but did a horrendous job packing our stuff. They mislabeled so many boxes and the inventory was done incorrectly. They shoved as much as they could in boxes and a lot of our stuff was crushed or broken. Wouldn’t recommend using.
