In their own words
The company broke a $1800 chair. They refused to send me paperwork to make a claim and attempted to make me sign a contract after the date of service. After my furnishings were delivered the continued to charge my credit card a monthly fee. Buyer beware do not use.
They lied about almost everything that was supposed to happen with out move from Virginia. Charged “up,” fees, for things they were dishonest about. All in all, many horrendous, failures! Choose another carrier from Virginia, don’t “FALL,” for the fake staff. . I am “Out,” $1723.00, and will keep telling people to “stay clear,” of their company!
As a military member, I was assigned BMS moving and storage for my overseas move to Guam. From the start, it seemed like every other move I have done in the military but things quickly took a turn for the worse. While the movers were polite and courteous of my household goods, The first issue happened when I caught one of them trying to pack my sodas that I had out.
Terrible experience with Evelyn & Danny. Everything seemed fine when they called at 0900 saying they’d come between 1200-1 pm. 1 pm came and went and I had to call ask Danny if they were running behind. He said they were and they’d be there by 3 pm due to the first house being over the 1k estimate and ended up being 6k. They came right around 3 pm and I walked them through the house.
Their new moto should be "if it doesn't fit it doesn't ship". They never came back for my couch, their shipping blankets, tape and original paper work for the boxed items. I ended up taking original documents to the driver who was hauling the load cross country. It is only 9 miles from their office to Fort Belvoir. No words.............

If you are in the military & they give you Bekins, say no or pack your stuff yourself. I am beyond levid at how my things were not packed! Just to name a few: my mattresses are all dirty now because they did not wrap it up in plastic true …
Save yourself a headache, and read the other 1-star reviews. I didn’t and trusted a slick salesman. The load team damaged thousands of dollars in items, scratched recently refinished hardwood floors, and lost most of furniture hardware. …
