I scheduled a container drop-off a week in advance with a confirmed arrival window of before 12:00 PM. There was no proactive update from the company about any delay, and when I followed up by email, I got no response. I had to call in myself at 10:00 AM to confirm and ask why there had been no follow-up. Arnetia had an attitude and pointed fingers at everyone else, even telling me "it's only 10AM." I was eventually told the delivery would be late, with no clear ETA.
Zippy Shell Northern Virginia held my belongings hostage until I paid a bill for different customer. I hired Zippy Shell to pack, store and return my belongings, my contract with them began in May and lasted through November. I paid them each month and had no major issues. My aunt also needed moving and storage services so I assisted her in setting up a contract with them. She also paid each month with no issue from July through August.
I filled a shell in Florida and had it delivered to Virginia for our family move. When I called to have my shell delivered to our new home in VA I asked for it to be delivered 5 days later. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get it! But …

Our experience with Zippy Shell was fantastic! A huge shoutout to Arnetia (Operations Manager). She was super communicative and helped answer any possible questions while being patient and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time, the pod was spotless, and the pickup was just as seamless. Our labor team, specifically Cristian, Daniel, and John were quick and respectful. The Zippy Shell team truly made it easy.

Zippy Shell Northern Virginia saved us. Another container company cancelled on us two days before a scheduled move. A nightmare. Bill and Valerie at Zippy Shell Northern Virginia came to the rescue, sending out three containers the same day we needed them. They dropped everything off on time and collected on time as well. They're very communicative and very punctual.
Contacted many places and Zippy matched a lower quote and was able to accommodate drop off date. They were responsive and for the most part the interior of the container was somewhat clean but wasn’t a huge deal. I was redoing our garage and needed a container to put all of our belongings for a couple of weeks. It kept it safe and did the job. Thanks Zippy!
