UPDATE: For all of this trouble and going through the claim process, they are only offering $58. Again please look elsewhere, literally any company is better than this. Be careful! Avoid this company at all costs! The company managed the move in a very non-transparent way, attracting with very competitive price first, then using multiple strategies to increase the price to reach what other, much more valued and acclaimed companies are estimating since the start. Price changed drastically (+200%) in three different, unexpected moments.
Had no issues with them picking up my belongings. The issues began an hour before delivery at our new home in TX. We told we had pay 3 times what was originally disclosed and agreed to on the contract or our items would not be delivered. Mark tried to claim that my items suddenly weighed more than expected 2 weeks after they picked my belongings up. They waited until the truck was on my new street to pull they old bait and switch.

They were very eager to help. Every question I asked, they had a favorable answer. They picked up my household goods were picked up from Virginia on December 19, 2024, and moved to South Carolina on December 32, 2024. On time pick up and delivery. It took me about 30 days to unpack everything. I was almost finished when I noticed a price of furniture was missing. I called right away. Around mid January 2025. I have been calling ever since.
