The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I had a great experience with Ark Moving Co. Jason and his son were professional, hardworking, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire move. They handled all of my belongings with care, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. I hired Ark Moving Co for a commercial moving job to relocate our racks, shelving, equipment, and materials from our storage facility in Loma Linda to our new shop in Santa Fe Springs, CA. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their moving service. Jason and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They handled, loaded, transported, and unloaded everything safely and professionally. They also transported my forklift without any issues and treated it with great care.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! The team at Ark Moving Co truly appreciates your feedback regarding our commercial moving and storage services. It was a pleasure working with you, and we look forward to handling your future logistics and storage needs.
I reached out to Ark Moving Company and Jason got back to me. From the beginning he was easy to talk to and gave me a really good rate. I had a lot of stuff in my apartment including a lot of kids stuff so I was worried the move would be stressful. But the team showed up on time and got right to work. They worked fast and also very carefully. They used blankets and all the right materials so my furniture stayed protected and nothing got scratched.
Thanks for your 5-star review! We are glad you choose Ark Moving Co for your move. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping with any future moving needs in Southern California. Best regards, Ark Moving Co team!
