I waited to write this review giving Landon time to respond and file a claim for fixing my furniture it has been over 6 months with no response. The day of our move was a little unorganized to say the least. There were movers leaving and others showing up. We asked that they not touch one bedroom set that we were leaving for friends I caught 3 movers trying to move the nightstand and I guess I never caught the fourth because it ended up in the moving truck.
Michele, We are sorry to hear about your issues. I will try and address your problems below: -Your move began in the middle of the day, and we did have a shift change during your move as our movers had been working for 8 hours at that point.
Horrible experience with this moving company after being referred by another. Arrival time was to be 1-3pm. Showed up at 6:45, worked for two hours and didn’t finish the job. Said they would return following day to complete the job. I called 4 times and left messages, never heard back until the following day after I was already a day late moving out and finished moving myself. My brand new $5,000 furniture that I expressed over and over again how it could not get damaged, every piece got damaged.
Hi Heather! Our summer months do have a very high volume and we provided an ESTIMATED arrival time between roughly 1-3 PM. And as we explained over the phone, this sometimes has wide deviation. And only accepted your move because youd stated you were in a pinch and needed last-minute movers badly.
They took 9.25 hours to move a small house - furniture only and distance was 30 min away. They left some furniture behind, broke the top off of a glass shelving unit, and broke the trim piece off the top of my basement stairs. I told the company that I was moving two bedrooms, office, living room and china hutch. I told him one bedroom set was going in the basement bedroom plus a few light bookcases. I also informed him there were heavy Oak pieces.
I hired Armada for their reputation and rates. They seemed professional and worked really quickly, even saving time and chatting abput personal things. I tipped them $75, and after a few months, too exhausted to organize my stprage immediately after the move, discpvered that they had stolen my painter's tool bicket with all of my professional tools that I had used for my livelihood! That is hundrends of dollars worth of professional gear.

I was supposed to move on August 1, and found out that our closing would be moving up two weeks early. I called a couple of places and was quoted pretty high rates after navigating a semi-frustrating phone tree, and then I called Armada. Samantha answered almost immediately, and when I explained this was a pretty last minute job, she stopped by same day to look at what we'd be moving and to give me a quote.
Fair price, professional communication and transparency, arrived at time specified, handled belongings with care. Clean, professional, and thorough; all you can ask for in a moving company. Will do business again with these guys!!
Landon, Sam, and Marcus were the BEST moving crew I've had in ages. Their efficiency was pretty incredible; they handled what others quoted as an 8-9hr job in 3. On top of that, we were debating whether to move on to our second pickup (out of 3) same day, or to split it to the following weekend (when we'd have to get a trunk anyway to do location 3).
I am working as a General Contractor on a project where Armada moving has been hired to help the homeowner with moving in to their new home. I was grabbing my cargo trailer off of this homeowners property and I had the unfortunate circumstance of having my trailer fall off of the jack that was holding it up and fall straight to the ground.
