It was awful overcharged for the work they did just brought in furniture than quit. Secretary messed everything up from get go. Never get them again bad experience. The lady said u get 2 guys 2 hrs ive never done this before i said ok. They were so slow they added another guy on no one told me about charged me a arm and a leg. Since secretary got it wrong they shouldve done it for free.

We had read great reviews and that’s why we hired them. But once we got across states and opened our UPackit trucks is when we saw the damaged items. There were a couple of antiques that were damaged among others. When contacting the local office about it- the lack of follow through and working docu files led to many emails back and forth. We provided pictures, model numbers and costs only to be told that we were outside of our window to report (ABF trucks weren’t delivered until 8 days after being loaded).

My first move was so great, I recommended them to a client. They showed up 40 minutes late and despite having a 4 hour window, they didn't complete the work. One mover worked very little.He was found under a desk by the client sleeping. Both my client and her son were there and the movers left them to handle about halftone truck's remaining items. I called the movers and was assured they would compensate her. Thy didn't. In fact, they accused her of not being truthful and offered only a discount on her next move.
Hi Tammy, We are very sorry for any miscommunication that occurred during your clients move. We have actually spoken with her already and got everything sorted out. On the day of her move we made sure to communicate with her that our crew was running behind.
As we have finally gotten mostly unpacked, beds put together, and finally relaxed on our couch we noticed things have been broken and bent. We did note in our survey that our dresser was dropped down the stairs and broken however it is fixable so we chose not to file a claim. Today, 5 days later we noticed our day Bed was bent is was extremely difficult to put together. This evening we noticed our reclining couch is extremely damaged and no longer functioning.

you do not want to hire these people. they are not trained, they are inexperienced and are careless. $52/hr for no truck and no equipment and excuses excuses excuses for everything that goes wrong... and believe you me - EVERYTHING GOES WRONG. the company charges $52/hour and pays 11/hour. maybe if you were not ripping the workers off you'd get decent workers. eh?
Loveland Firewood, We do not have any records for completed jobs under this name. We are deeply sorry if you have booked a job with Laborjack and had a poor experience. We are very transparent in our pricing and what we provide.
They charge a two hour minimum. Not unreasonable. Person showed up. He moved boxes as requested and finished the job in one hour, except we realized we were charged for three when I looked at our cc statement. The rep said we should have gone through a checkout process which we did not. That was news to us. Check your charges.

Do not hire this company for any construction labor services. Their temp workers show up in sneakers and shorts and are extremely slow and lazy. Complete waste of money!

Do it. Absolute solid company. I called at 11am on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to have a 26' moving truck and a 12x6' trailer unloaded. They had 2 guys out to us by 1. And WOW. Adrian and Evan were truly heaven sent. Both guys showed up on time, ready to immediately get to work. They hadn't met before this, yet worked together diligently and efficiently. They were both very kind and respectful to both us and our belongings. Not a single thing was damaged. No scuffs on the walls.
This is my 2nd time to hire a Laborjack professional labor for my projects around the house. Both of my Laborjack's that arrived did so with a professional attitude and were very efficient and got the job done with high quality. Will be recovering from a recent bad car crash and needed some help. Both of my Laborjack's made it easy for me during this time. It was a pleasure to communicate the projects to my Laborjack and have someone fully understand and jump right in. Great Value in my opinion!

This was a great experience. I'm so glad we used Laborjack. Our movers, Max and Charles, were skillful and accommodating. As they knew one another, they made a great team. They communicated well and were strategic in the way they loaded the truck. I was a little nervous that I'd have to direct, but these guys took control, were careful with our items, and deserved every bit of the tip we left.

Ryan C & Gabe. We’re absolutely amazing! They both were very detail oriented and cautious with our things. They packed and moved our items into them to the garage -So movers can more easily access them. I’m a very particular person and I did not have to tell them how to pack because they knew to put blankets over our pictures and they knew how to pack carefully without me saying a word! Without my instruction they offered to vacuum the rug before rolling it up for me.
