Terrible company. Nothing but issues from the packers to the delivery. Boxes labeled wrong and what is labeled has nothing to do with what is in the box. They make you feel rushed. Not able to keep a time frame for the delivery. They showed up 4 hours late and almost midnight on a Saturday night. Box’s that were supposed to go to warehouse was delivered and things that were supposed to be delivered went to warehouse. Damaged items and missing items and they take NO responsibility for it whatsoever. They blame us.

Used them for storing my son's dorm room items at Case Western over the summer. They charged $80 for shipping supplies and $331 for moving service. But then when I wanted to have the items delivered back to Case Western in the fall, they charged me an extra $150 for a "special weekend delivery fee". There was no indication that they would not deliver on the opening day of move in dates when I booked the moving in the first place. Be aware of these guys. Very rude on the phone as well.
I would not use this company for an out of state move. Everything started off good getting the move scheduled. Movers showed up on time, and picked our stuff up. After picking up our stuff, we were told a delivery date of November 24-30. When calling on the status of our stuff, the company stated they could not find a driver to deliver our stuff. After being told multiple things and getting dodgy answers, our stuff arrived at our new place December 4.

This company is a JOKE. They refused to move my Treadmill and I had to pay a different company to move it. Most important they broke my 82’ TV and refused to take responsibility for it. They said they don’t recall moving a 82’ TV out of one basement and putting it in the next basement. Anyone with a half a brain could remember that. So don’t use this company. Time to contact my lawyer and the better business people All anyone wants is people take responsibility of what they did

Moving from our custom built home, the movers gouged walls, broke lights, tore chunks from molding. Upon arrival, thousands of dollars worth of items were broken or damaged. This company was so bad, we would rather pay for replacement or repairs ourselves, than ever deal with them again.

If there was a negative rating, I would have picked it. They ruined our hard wood floors and sent a college kid out to repair the damage. When he could not fix any of the damage, the next step was to offer us $100 to cover the damage done …

Ramon, Rob, and Brandon Lauren and Evan This was a two day move. Lauren and Evan came at 9am on Mondsy to pack up everything that was going yo auction or being donated. They were phenomenal. They were friendly, efficient, and most importantly respectful of the 80+ yr. old owner who had lived in this house for decades and now was moving to a senior care facility. She was present while memories were being packed away that would not be able to go with her. Items going to auction or being donated.
