Apparently over the summer they had an issue with water due the construction across the street. They had a lot of condensation in the building. Which lead to mildew and mold growth. They were aware of this issue and did not contact any of their customers. I rented from them because it is suppose to be a climate controlled facility. We had valuables in there that are irreplaceable family heirlooms. We also had the insurance. The damage to our items is well over 5800 dollars.

Horrible customer service. 3 days trying to purchase a unit and there is no staff present. You call customer service several times and they can't explain the offers or the information to purchase a unit... what is happening here? In 2 hours they have lost around 10 customers who are in the same situation of purchasing and no one is present and they don't even know how to help you over the phone.

Very bad attitude towards people. At first I rented a storage unit for a motorcycle, they told me that I could store it here. I came a month later to put my motorcycle in the storage facility and they told me that I could not store the motorcycle there.!!!

This place should be renamed to Just Sucks. The flat bed dollies are useless and wobbly, pulling them you’ll pull some muscles (spinal and rotator cuff problems) so enjoy a lot of pain. The doors aren’t automatic so you’ll be fighting to …

After they were bought out they raised my monthly rate. Tried contacting them by email and no one got back to me. Great customer service if you ask me. Go to uhaul they have better rates so flip this place

The employee was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I selected the right size for my need, which prevented me from spending an extra $50 a month.
