In their own words
I’d give them less stars if I could. TMM subcontracted to corrigan for my military move. They stole a surround sound system and a bunch of bird feeders and broke a brand new 75” tv and claimed it was already broken. Broke the knob off my brand new pit boss. Broke a lamp and a bunch of yard art they just through into a garbage can. Damaged book cases and assembled the bed frame incorrectly. They did a very unprofessional job packing and delivering to my new address.
They are charging me almost 5,000 to move and they didn’t even come into my home for an estimate. The estimate was done over the phone after we had an appointment and they decided to cancel last minute. We called the main office and they told us that’s how much they charge by weight 5000 pound minimum. We don’t have that much furniture so that’s a ridiculous amount of money. Very unprofessional!
Since we're coming up on our busy season, we aren't able to accommodate very small moves. That's why we have to have a 5,000 lb minimum for the next several months. I'm sorry that we aren't able to assist you with your move. Best of luck in selecting a mover!

I had a great experience with my move from start to finish. Tim and Paula were wonderful to work with—they communicated clearly, responded quickly, and kept everything running smoothly. They also helped arrange my car shipping, and that process was just as easy and hassle free. The packing team, Jason, David, and Jimmy, arrived on time, worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and packed my home in less than five hours. The unpacking team was just as professional and did an excellent job as well.
