UPDATE: After posting my original review, I was contacted by management and asked to follow up directly. I did, and I’m sharing the outcome for transparency. I was informed that there are no cameras on the third and fourth floors, only on the first and second floors and at entry points. This was not something I was aware of when choosing this facility. I was also told that they are not required to disclose this.

It's a newer facility however there prices go up considerably they site keeping up with other facilities which in my opinion is not in the way to do business especially when i have paid two months advance every month ahead of my billing date.They should be investigated for price gouging. I have a very tiny unit.They also charge you extra cost for unit insurance on your bill which should be there cost not passed on to the customer because the company needs to be insured itself as it's a business.

Just rented a unit yesterday, and so far it's great. Facility is clean, and the assistant manager Portia was wonderful! Everything was explained well, and she took her time helping me find the best sized unit for my needs. This is definitely the best storage facility I've used and I will definitely recommend to others! *Update After actually using this facility for a few months I am very disappointed. The dehumidifiers broke down and I noticed all my items were wet to the touch.

Very nice and clean facility. The problem is they will raise your rates continuously until it’s no longer worth it. The last rate hike was $100 per month! Great for short term storage solutions but over the long term they will gouge you.

I reserved a unit online. I stopped in 2 days later to get the process going. Peter was most excellent in his customer service, very courteous, answering my questions, and explaining all of the details. He took me on a tour, and showed me several options. I was also very impressed with how clean the facility was. There was also a second employee that answered questions and was very pleasant to speak to. I would recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank you.

Pretty quick and painless process, completely autonomous. Has a drive through to pull you close to the elevator. Did everything by phone, with a credit card and never talked to a single person (which is 50/50) depending on who you are. But I liked it. Prepaid 3 months in advance for less than $300

Very thorough and courteous walkthrough of the facility, and well-detailed explanation of the rental criteria. Peter was patient and took extra time to cover Q&A respectfully. Process was somewhat rushed but not of negative impact to the experience. Drive-up availability is a major plus, especially with weather changes and accessibility.

I've rented from a dozen or so storage facilities across Greater Cleveland over the years. My experiences with Tonya, the store manager, have been consistently professional and easy from start to finish. The facility is immaculately clean and offers easy access. I highly recommend it!
