UPDATE: They replied on here for me to give them a call and they never answered when we called them and left messages. Zero customer service. We never got the $103 back that they overcharged us... The negative reviews are valid!!! Don’t ignore them… I tried to give it a few days before reviewing to see if Peter would make it right and Peter is completely unresponsive and will not reply to texts or answer your calls if you have any issues. Very unprofessional and honestly I feel scammed.

I was scheduled a move 2 weeks ahead, then the day of the move I received a call that they would need to reschedule my move to the next day. They booked for the next day and gave me a time frame of arrival. At the last minute of that time frame I get a call that their truck broke down and they will be late. They said they would provide and additional move at no extra cost to make up the time. They showed up 4 hours later and didn't have the extra guy to help move.

Update: They replied and said to reach out to them directly regarding my concerns. So once again, I did so and they did not answer their phone, return my call, or respond to the text. First, they couldn’t come on the day I had reserved and I agreed to have them come the next day. They arrived on time and the guys were nice. I only wanted one trip, but they didn’t load the items that were most important to me in that first trip, so we had to do two, which cost a fortune.

I appreciate the movers for their hard work and dedication — they didn’t take any breaks and worked tirelessly throughout the day. However, their planning and execution left much to be desired. Poor Prioritization: I clearly instructed them to start with the large items I couldn’t transport myself, then move on to the boxes. Unfortunately, they did the opposite. As a result, there was no space left in the truck for major items like the fridge, washer/dryer, couch, dining table, and 86" TV.

Horrible experience. Various family members have used this company over the past 3 years and were pleased with our experiences. Our most recent move was very different. Movers were high-school aged boys and although they were friendly and courteous, they were very inexperienced. The move took much longer than it should have, thus several hundred more dollars than originally estimated. In fact, they were not able to complete the job and wanted to return the next day for one more hour.

UPDATE: To address their reply to this review, as a matter of fact we have called and texted several times with the repair invoice that you stated you would reimburse us for. STILL WAITING. Anyone home?? At least we know your Google account works. Should we communicate through this review? We hired Greek Movers for a move in September. They broke the power cord right out of our Peloton Treadmill and the mover casually mentioned it to us, stating he ‘Googled it and it should be $50-$100 to fix’.

Movers’ slow pace, caused 1/2 hour overtime, move was from one apartment to another in same complex, we were given the total without the change and were blamed for having insufficient funds. I helped with the entire move otherwise less would have been moved, but they still didn’t finish moving the larger items from a two- bedroom apartment (they left 2 desks, bed frame, 3 each exercise equipment, shelves, etc.) and refrigerator and stove were already gone.

Tossed my personal belongings like trash. One mover would not help the other no teamwork. Lazy irresponsible not professional. I had to move my beds and mattresses with one mover while the other mover talked on cell walked around smoked pot. they unpacked at my storage unit threw my personal belongings inside did not organize or stack in my 10' by 20' unit.. I have all this space in back I cannot utilize because they threw everything. I would send a picture if possible.
