In their own words
If I could rate a negative star on this review, I would! I reached out to ProTeam Mover Inc, via online and requested a quote for my out of state move. They requested pictures of the items and basic information. After that was provided, they suggested for a manager to come to our home and measure the items we would be moving, in order to provide a proper quote. It was determined by ProTeam that a 26ft trailer would be sufficient plus 4 movers.
Dan and team had a professional demeanor which is what I wanted, if you’re looking for movers that aren’t thugs this is a decent choice. Items were protected and did not have any damages occur. They weren’t on their cellphone and worked, only caveat is for the price I paid the team did not come prepared with resources that should have already been accounted for.
Look I’m sure these guys are good, But the person they have answering the phone costed them my business. I mean where do I start, they obv cheaper out and hired an over seas VA to answer the phone to cut costs, but the issue is the VA doesn't understand a lick of English. This is coming from an immigrant, why is it so hard to talk to an American now days. I scheduled 2 days ago for 2pm on June 6th.
Completely unacceptable. Called me the day before my move to convince me to change my move to the following day. I planned my whole life around this day to move weeks in advanced and now I’m stuck figuring out other options at the last minute. If you need a guarantee of a move day, go somewhere else. They totally screwed me over.

In their own words
I recently used Proteam Moving for a local move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The two movers arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were incredibly efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Every item was carefully wrapped and handled with care, including my more fragile belongings. They worked quickly but never rushed—everything was loaded and unloaded with precision and respect for my property. What really stood out was their attitude.
Proteam Moving was ABSOLUTELY Amazing! First of all, there communication was on point! They called to let us know what time they would arrive, and they were early! Muhammad and his team came in and assessed the points of entry and to determine what was needed! They wrapped EVERYTHING! It was so neatly done, that I could not believe it was all my furniture! They disassembled and reassembled everything! They were so quick and careful! The professionalism of Muhammad and his team was stellar! I give them 5 stars!

I recommend this company to anyone who is planning to moving and needs assistance with a reasonable price They are very careful with the furniture and nothing goes wrong with their service Thank you
I gotta say Proteam is the best 10 out of 10. I had a change of plans the night before and I was in panic mode. Crossing my fingers (calling after hours) I spoke with Elana she was able to accommodate my request at the last minute. Her professionalism and reassurance calmed my nerves. When the guys showed up the next day they were ready to work. Everything in my home was packaged securely I was in 🫢 awe how secure my possessions were wrapped.
