Avery was asked to please move his truck so I could get in my garage. He asked me where did I park when I moved in. All awhile I’m asking him to please move and I would soon be returning. Once I returned, I noticed Avery parked even closer and turned his wheel towards my garage. Devon was completely opposite, he pulled the ramp up before approaching Avery to ask him to move. Devon moved stuff out of the way.
Good morning Monique’, we sincerely apologize to you again for the inconvenience. Our intentions are to be a positive establishment in our community. This positivity starts with hiring GREAT people from our community, who care.
Where to begin.....Complete disregard for machinery. Before our business move started, I asked them to please be careful with some of the machinery as they have delicate electronic components inside. Not only they were not careful but they actually broke the face of one of the machines and some other parts on other machines. Our Epson printer is a $26,000 machine and unfortunately the broken piece cannot be changed out. Lesson learned.
Baha, our deepest apologies for the service concern. We aim to provided 100% perfection to all our customers. When we called you last week prior to your review to go over your services it appeared you suddenly became highly agitated, then the call dropped.
I truly thought I had found an amazing moving service that was priced pretty decently, with friendly staff, & workers but that was not the case in the slightest. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for clear and upfront pricing, knowledgeable assistance on or off-site, efficiency for your money and tangible positive ending exchanges. The individuals who assisted me with moving my items were respectful and truly the 1 star is for their pleasant demeanors throughout this experience.

These reviews CANNOT be real! I paid over $2,500 for this company to pack, move, and dump items — and the experience was a total nightmare. Timeline: Day 1: 11 AM – 3 PM Day 2: 10 AM – 7 PM Day 3: 10 AM – 12 PM (because they didn’t finish unloading the second day) By the end, I was in tears. When I asked for more professionalism, the owner’s response was, “We are helping you.” Unbelievable.

I am a very patient person and usually I listen first before commenting; this time I have to warm everyone so that the same thing does not happen to anyone. 7 hours to move two sets of bedrooms , a table some nightstands y 20 small plastic boxes , only 9 miles from my home. and receive a bill of $1000 ,is definitely too much and more when they make you a budget of 50% less that bill. I really feel like they took advantage of us

Please read the contract documents carefully. $299 is non refundable in case if you are not going to use their service. I was not informed when signing the contract. Please do not use this movers in case if you are not sure about your moving schedule. Also initially they will quote less and later it will go up by 60 to 80%. More. Be careful when you are using service with movers

This was the BEST part of our moving experience! NOBODY likes to move but Tim, Clarence and Danny were fast, efficient, professional and gave us the ultimate experience in moving. I had a very positive & outstanding experience with Big Deahl's. I had scheduled another company weeks in advance, but ended up cancelling them on Sunday morning the day of the move after they arrived due to surprise hidden costs and a very bad feeling. I then called 9 other firms that same Sunday searching for a mover as I had to be moved by Friday. Last call was to Big Deahl;'s. About 60 hours later the move was done. Greg answered my call on Sunday and had me moved by end of day Tuesday. Greg was fantastic.

I called this company to move my 600-700 pound fireproof cabinet and I’m more than grateful on how professional they were. Gregory and Tim came out same day and within an hour they got my item up a flight of stairs and safely into my office charging a fair price too. I couldn’t be happier! There aren't words to express how much of a burden Big Deahl's lifted off my shoulders. This is the second time I've book Big Deahl's for a move and they have never let me down. I needed to pack and move my entire apartment with 24 hours and the three men got the job done so efficiently and quickly. They got my items moved into my storage unit and everything fit perfectly. The team was respectful and extremely hardworking. Shout out to Simon, the team lead, for his respectful professionalism!
