Avoid if you want your stuff dry and not stolen. I understand accidents happen, but this company has inconvenienced us, lied to us, and been absolutely awful to work with regarding insurance. First we had to move our entire unit to a different unit because the roof was leaking. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience (we were up late the night before a cross-country move, with my toddler children up past bedtime screaming in my car for hours because I couldn't get a sitter.) Madeleine, It appears that during a routine property check on 3/17/2021, we found that your latch had been tampered with. We reviewed camera footage, secured the unit and notified you same day.
While you are entitled to your opinion, I am speaking strictly to the **documented facts** of my experience as a customer. To clarify for the record: 1. **Initial Negligence:** Upon starting my lease, the unit provided was locked and inaccessible. It took multiple points of contact over the span of a week for your management to rectify this, preventing me from using the service I paid for. 2.

Public Exposure" Review I am officially terminating my business with this facility due to blatant discrimination and egregious management practices. After months of being a paying tenant, I was approached by a staff member in a golf cart who harassed me while I was actively moving items. Despite seeing me enter the gate and access my unit multiple times, she accused me of 'loitering' and demanded I vacate the entire unit within 2 hours—while it was raining—with no regard for potential damage to my electronics or…
Good afternoon Patrice. I have reviewed your statements and the gate activity as well as interviewed the site manager regarding your concerns. Good or bad, we appreciate our customers bringing their concerns to us so we can better serve our tenant base.
This place will rob you blind! There was an issue with my bank and one of the payments to my storage unit was canceled! After I cleared things up with my bank the money was returned to them, but instead of paying $380 they tacked on so many late fees that my payment came out to $600! While the bank was clearing up that mistake, they wouldn't let me make the current payment because they don't accept partial payment.

I LOVE this facility! The staff are all friendly and helpful. I also got a GREAT deal on my unit. The unit is also alarm protected. It was perfect to rent a Uhaul truck from the same location so returning it once I was done storing my items was a breeze.

Obtained a RV parking spot. Appears to be safe and secure. Roscio assisted throughout the process and was cheerful, informed and respectful. Great pricing on top of everything. Very pleased.
Was able to quickly reserve a 10x10 A/C storage unit at a very affordable rate. Conveniently rented a Uhaul truck from E Street Storage to move my kid's stuff from her Appartment to storage.
