They are nice but inexperienced. They didn’t have tools to take down furniture. I had to go to the store to purchase tools. They took an hour and half to disassemble two beds. They broke my dresser and I praying they didn’t break my beds and that I have all the pieces. They didn’t load the Uhaul all of my furniture didn’t fit on it. They claimed the Uhaul was to small but when it was unloaded they had lots of unused space.
Moving Saturday at 7 AM. Checked in on Tuesday the week of, all good. Checked in 5 times Friday (night before). They finally tell me at 9:35 PM the night before they have to cancel on me. …
I’m sorry this happened last minute. We offered full reimbursement for this and even offered assistance in finding another company. I really regret that we could not make your move to show you that type of quality service we provide!
