Been there 1 month the unit is great but customer service sucks. I had a 30 dollar additional charge for insurance when I called about it marshawna interrupted me mid sentence and was very rude.

UPDATE Came back this morning at 6:28. Still telling me to see the manager! I paid my rent so idk what the problem is! So frustrating! I drove here 10 minutes for nothing and now we won't be able to go on our trip at 7:30 am like we planned and we won't be able to get much sleep at all! Today and we have plans this evening! Came to access my unit at 9:47 pm. Access cuts off at 10.

This is not a review of this specific store* Do not waste your time with storage mart. Go anywhere else. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years, paying on time in full. Started off 119 a month and now up to 200 a month for the last 6 months. Called customer service to see about a rate reduction, they did say they would be likely to help reduce my rent as I haven’t asked for one yet. Everytime they say they will forward to their manager and they will call back and work out a reduction with me.

I’ve been renting the unit for about nine months and is infested with mice/rats. Chew marks, feces, urine and hair everywhere. The associate assisting the initial claim process was not pleasant either. Looking to move units soon.

prices keep going up, but if you move your stuff to a different unit every six months you get a discount. Why can’t you just get a discount in the same unit?
