We used this moving company April 2025. We were impressed with what seemed like professionalism and kindness. Moving day arrived and the team of 4 men were very nice. One was sick and stayed in bathroom most of the time. One seemed more careless (the way things were thrown in boxes he packed, and how often he would be on phone), he also dropped one of our high dollar pieces of art (right in front of me) and damaged the frame that cost $100’s itself not including the art itself.
I cannot say enough bad things about these movers. First, they sent 3 guys to a move that should have been six. It was a disaster from the beginning. I had to help move the entire day to ensure it got done within 16 hours, and even then, we had a truck full of stuff left at our house. Instead of apologize, they fraudulently charged my card for over 3k, no questions asked. After I disputed that amount, the owners brother called me and blamed me for everything. Finally, the owner called and begged to make it right.
Mr. Eaton has attempted to avoid paying Heaven on Earth Moving Services for over 14 hours of service. Fortunately, an overwhelming majority of our clients follow procedure and pay upon completion of the job. On this particular job Mrs.
I wish that I could give zero stars. This does not feel like a heaven on earth situation at all. The day of the move there weee only two guys to handle a hefty move of such. They were short handed and did their best to keep each item from being damaged. I ended having a picture that costed over two hundred dollars that was sentimental because it was for my mom broken into pieces. The owner promised to not worry that situations like this occur and that he would make it right.
Mrs. Morgan was a client of ours who came through a wonderful government assistance program that is helping to restore hurricane damaged homes in Louisiana. This program covers the costs for moving, storage, temporary housing, as well as the damaged homes to be renovated or rebuilt.
Do NOT hire these movers if you want a piano moved. I hired them to move my 30 year old baby grand piano and It sustained irreparable damage on the inside and outside. The 3 guys that moved It were very kind...but not equipped. They had to call the office to let them know they couldn't lift the piano. That's when I had find something to rest the piano on. I had To pay $800 to fix what could be fixed on top of the $611.25 I paid these movers to move the piano.
Only 2 guys showed up at first and they took a break after each piece they moved. Proceeds to say they are only working for 2 hours. The list of furniture I have them 75% is still in the storage.Then they sent pictures to Restore and claim they moved all the furniture in the pictures. They didn't and my furniture is still in storage. And I don't know how I'm going to move it 45 miles to my house.

I have used movers in the past. None even come close to the experience I had with Heaven on Earth Moving. Heaven on Earth Moving was the best moving experience by far! The owner/manager, Collin was very responsive to my calls and questions. The office managers always called to follow up and take care of any business. Best of all was the day of the move. They showed up on time. I had more to move than I anticipated. They took it all in stride and moved all items without concern or objection.

We had an excellent experience with Heaven on Earth’s moving service. Mike, Brennan and Alex worked together to complete the job earlier than expected on a 4 bedroom home. They also organized the furniture in the storage facility so well that we did not have to buy any additional units. They were time conscious to finish under budget without compromising quality. We will definitely use there services again. Great company from the top-down. Organized, communicative and efficient.

Jacob with Heaven on Earth sent Darrell, Aidyn, and Devonte to move our items us about 25 miles away. I had originally scheduled to move several months ago and had to wait. I spoke to several different people in the company in the meantime, and was assured that my deposit was secure, and that the move would be scheduled when I was ready. The move was scheduled in two days when I called. That alone was amazing!

First, the ladies in the office rearranged their schedule to accommodate my ever-changing moving schedule. The three guys from Heaven on Earth showed up on time and got right to business. They placed mats through hallways to roll the dolly's on, and wrapped all items in blankets and/or plastic wrap. They were very careful to pack items into the truck to ensure no shifting during travel.
