Do not! I repeat do not use this storage. They Will get your business under a rate then dramatically continue to increase it with in three months and they are very rude. I spoke to Stella who was very shallow. Then they force you to pay insurance on your things without giving you an option. Total Cons for non climate units!! Stay away unless you want to move your things all over again bc of their arbitrarily practices!! Also, the trash dumpsters stay locked so if you need to throw anything away you’re out of luck!

When calling and setting things up,the person's where nice, polite and professional. Then received an phone call and that changed the lady was not nice unprofessional and instigated an argument and disagreement which she instigated. Not professional at all. I thought office personnel where nice and professional not this place. Now I have to find new storage facility.

Here we are in January, and yet again, I cannot get past telling the automated service I want to pay my bill! This needs to be fixed immediately; I'm paying late fees cuz there's been no attempt to repair the phone issues!! 😡 Keep your cheap way out apology and lack of understanding my frustrations …

I went to the storage unit and I got to the front desk. This lady name is Stella I made it simple easy and she let me know about the great deals. They were having the parking lot clean and it’s not noisy. I’d recommend this to anybody
