In their own words
The worst experience ever! These guys were 6 hours late, came under staffed, had zero correspondence and communication. The team that showed up was set up to fail by there management. A one day job took 2 full days and was over double their estimate. None of the boxes were marked or categorized so it was a painstaking task to complete the unpacking. Bottom line is they didn't finish job. And, on the way out, they ran the moving truck into the corner of my house causing damage to the exterior.
These guys were really amazing at the sell. We opted to have them pack and move for us. The packing day went well, but after opening the boxes after the move, we saw that clothes and items were just thrown into them. On the day of the move, it was a very friendly crew, but they busted a hole in the wall, and then we found out they broke our curved 4K TV. While they promptly send a claim form, there was no follow up from the company once they had our money and the move was complete.
I normally do not post negative reviews, however this was a tremendous hassle, Still no word back from the Manager that handles this sort of issue. Well I must say, this company did not have Attention to detail when they did our survey, our office was on the 2nd floor and he quoted, 1st floor, ended up being double the price and time! We were told we could leave our file cabinets full, when the movers come we had to rush and spend extra resources to empty all file cabinets.
The teams that packed up and delivered our move did a great job working hard and quickly. My complaint is that my tv was accidentally broken in transit. I filed the appropriate form with Steve, the operations manager, a few days after the move. 4 weeks later I had not heard anything back so I put in a call to him. It's now been a week and still no contact. I've now had to replace the tv to the tune of$350 since I don't believe there is any follow up coming. Too bad, I really wanted to rate them higher.
My first move with them was great. I had no issues, and it was a fair price. Now, that I'm moving my stuff out of storage they are trying to charge me an absurdly high fee for just moving out, more than it cost for the total time the items …

We used Attention to Detail Moving for a local move. Their response time was excellent and the pricing was very fair. The group of movers that were sent were prompt, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!
These guys are great! We contracted them to pack, move and store our 3 bedroom house until the new house could be remodeled. A great team, lead by Karl, came in and wrapped and packed everything meticulously to get ready for the move. They came back to load all the boxes and furniture, which took 2 truckloads, and I was absolutely amazed at the skill and speed of this crew. When we were ready for them to move everything into the new house a month later, we were happy to see Karl again lead the crew.

Attention to Detail was amazing! The guys were super nice and kind. Worked themselves to the bone for us! We really couldn’t be happier when it comes to work ethic, hustle and the customer service was very communicative and helpful! Hopefully, we never have to move again, but if you do, I highly suggest calling them!
Attention to Detail is a phenomanal company. My 91 year old Dad was in a bad situation and needed to move immediately, and the company he originally hired wanted well over $8,000 to move him and was a total scam. We canceled and called Attention to Detail instead. They were able to work him in that week and were so upfront and helpful. Ricardo, Ceaser, Tommy and Brian were absolutely fantastic! They treated our dad like their own and were so compasionate.
