This company still owes me over 1400$ worth of damages for the insurance claim I filed with them almost 3 years ago. They literally broke my valuable objects, sent me an insurance claim, then stonewalled me in getting the claim filed. The men were too weak to move the objects, disrespectful, and ripped off an entire portion of my wall while breaking my other things. I emailed them directly and was eventually cussed out by their customer service rep in the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND
All boxes were mislabeled, all indoor plants worth thousands of dollars are destroyed, missing items, I have to replace all indoor plants because they were left outside in the direct sun, I had to go back and check and move several items that were left behind, a full truck load that was not moved. My hose was broken and cut, very irresponsible and would like to be refunded for my indoor plants which I paid extra insurance for

I asked the Move Green movers to be careful with our furniture, and wrap pieces with blankets. I noticed wood furniture not protected in the moving truck. Not surprisingly, our teak dining room table top, teak wall unit side, and marble coffee table top all were scratched during the move. I cannot recommend Movegreen.
My ETA was 11am-2pm. I cleared my calendar for that timeframe, leaving me enough time to pick up my grandson from school. I contacted the office for an updated ETA and at first, at 12:33pm was told that the moving crew was finishing up a …

Move Green is the BEST!!!!! John, the owner provides truly exceptional customer service. So friendly, so on top of it, so supportive, and clear. I literally could not ask for better customer service. And the Moving team – unbelievably fantastic. Kenny, McKenna and Martin were friendly, easygoing, hardworking, and fun to spend the day with. I have used Move Green two times now and they are five stars. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I love these guys. I love this company. They are the very best!

These 5 guys worked harder at both the pick up location and the delivery location more than I have ever seen anyone Work. Very polite, courteous and respectful in every way. If I have to move again, these are the people that I will use again. I couldn’t recommend these people more. I would like for Kenny Harvey to give me a call. My number is on the contract.
